ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Not officially eliminated from the playoffs, the Bills hopes of making the postseason for the first time since 1999 took a major hit Sunday in Toronto.
The Bills now sit at four and eight and have lost four of their last five games. Buffalo's only chance of making the postseason lies in finishing the season unblemished.
"To be in the position we were in trying to make some ground on some teams in the playoff hunt, to lose how we did was frustrating. We're not out of it yet, but guys are going to keep plugging away. Guys are going to have to get over this one, easier said than done, but we have to get over it and continue to go to work.," said Bills Running Back Fred Jackson
With four straight wins Buffalo would reach .500, something we haven't seen since 2004, but they also need help from the eight teams ahead of them in the wild card chase.
