Much of the talk at Bills training camp seems to be about who is not there - in addition to Jairus Byrd, that's Mario Williams.
The Bills' 100-million-dollar man has not been on the field since limited work at Sunday night's practice as he nurses a sore foot.
Multiple national reports say that Williams spent Tuesday getting a second opinion from his own doctors - and that he's been advised to rest it and it's nothing serious.
Tuesday head coach Doug Marrone got a little frustrated with media inquiries on the subject, saying at that point he had nothing to pass along.
"I appreciate that everyone has to ask that question and I totally get it. I really do," Marrone said. "I promise you I’m telling you the truth. I really haven’t gotten any notice from the doctors or anything from above me on the situation. And the minute we do, I promise you we’ll get it out."
Mark Ludwiczak, editor of Bills Digest, tweeted that he saw Williams return to St. John Fisher Tuesday evening.
