ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A nursing assistant who used to work at Wesley Gardens in Rochester pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, admitting to slapping a patient in the face back in May.
According to the complaint, Adrian King, slapped a 90-year-old resident who suffers from dementia. A witness said the slap was loud and left a red mark on the patient's forehead.
King's sentencing is scheduled for January.
Wesley Gardens has since terminated King's employment.
