The trial of a Central New York man accused of killing his girlfriend at the College at Brockport has once again been delayed.
After being scheduled to begin several times already, the trial date for Clayton Whittemore has now been pushed back to March 31. It was set for Jan. 27.
According to the District Attorney's Office. they're still waiting for a decision from a previous suppression hearing, as well as for complete results of a psychiatric evaluation.
Whittemore, of New Hartford, is charged with murdering 18-year old Alexandra Kogut. The freshman was found beaten to death in her dorm room on the campus in 2012.
