The snowy weather has proven to be a bit tricky for travelers on the roads and in the air as many flights have been delayed or canceled this morning.
The Rochester International Airport rarely shuts down and today was no exception.
Some flights were able to get out, but it's the inbound flights causing all the cancelations and delays, especially those from East Coast cities.
Inside the airport, foot-traffic picked back up after a day or so of flight delays. Some people at the airport have been trying to leave since Friday.
A majority of the flights remain on-time but there still continues to be some disappointment.
"My flight was supposed to leave at 7, then I had to be here by 4:30, I got here on time. I was one of the first few people in line and I get up there and the person looks at me very sad and they said that all flights are backed up or canceled. And they told me to come back at 8 o'clock and they'll book me for tomorrow which they did. Thank God because they're very patient people," said Everedith Engdahl, of Rochester.
