Dump Truck Operator Charged With DWI Following Crash

A Henrietta man was arrested and charged with DWI after Monroe County Sheriff's deputies tell us he left the road and overturned his dump truck.

The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. Thursday on Stottle Road in Chili.

According to authorities, Robert Baker, 53, was driving on Chili-Scottsville Road and transporting logs. Police said he then he lost control, spilling tree logs into the roadway.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Deputies say the truck is registered to a Henrietta business, Baker's Tree and Landscape.
