NATIONWIDE -- A local farm has again teamed up with FedEx to bring real Christmas trees to soldiers serving around the country.

The donated trees will be delivered to the soldiers at their homes on the base.

Stokoe Farms has donated two hundred Christmas trees along with one hundred and forty trees donated by other local farms.

The trees will be sent to Fort Drum in Jefferson County and Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

This year, over 17,000 trees have been donated to soldiers. Stokoe Farms has worked with trees for Troops since the program was created in 2005. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
