The Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined a Victor company for failing to fix safety hazards.
Last March OSHA cited Wording Machine company's Fisher's Station Drive manufacturing plant for seven safety violations. At that time, the fine was $16,000.
OSHA issued a release Thursday proposing an additional $126,000 fine for failing to fix those problems.
The violations range from unintentional machine starts during maintenance to not providing fire extinguisher training to workers.
The company has 15 days to respond.
