The man who fell from the 300 Section of Ralph Wilson Stadium onto another fan was arraigned in Orchard Park Town Court today. YNN's Ryan Whalen joins us from court now with more.

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Rob Hopkins pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and reckless endangerment.

The 29-year-old was released on his own recognizance. The judge took into account he has no prior criminal record and is a lifelong Western New York Resident.

Hopkins left the court quickly after his appearance going out the back and leaving in a truck.

The charges stem from an incident back on November 17 at Ralph Wilson Stadium, when Hopkins slid down a railing and landed on a person below.

Both were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Hopkins was later banned from the stadium and fired from his job.

Hopkins did not comment at his court appearance. His lawyer didn't have much to say either.

Hopkins will appear back in court at the end of January. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
