A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted two men in connection with a fatal shooting in August.

Those indictments were unsealed this morning, charging Dominic Flowers and Xavier Nelson with second degree murder and assault. Rochester Police say on August 18th, the two men fired shots into a crowd on Plymouth Avenue. Four people were hit by gunfire, including Nelson. One of the victims, Willie Little, 59, was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say Little was an innocent bystander.

Flowers and Nelson both pleaded not guilty at their arraignments.
