A Rochester man faces up to 15 years when he's sentenced for firing a shotgun inside a home earlier this year.

Malquan Junious, 23, was convicted of attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Back on Jan. 16, Junious was arguing with his uncle at their Glide Street home. Prosecutors say Junious grabbed a sawed-off shotgun, claiming he was going to kill other people in the home. He fired the gun at his uncle's girlfriend.. but missed.

Junious will be sentenced Dec. 19.
