It was another busy Friday night and Saturday morning for Rochester police. Three men in their 20s were shot during three separate incidents.
The most recent victim was a 20-year-old Rochester resident.
Police say officers responded to Saratoga Avenue for the report of a fight and found the victim with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. The man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
Earlier in the night, police were called to Joseph Avenue around 8:30 p.m.
Police say a 27-year-old man suffered non-life threatening injuries when he was shot in the lower body.
Their investigation into the shooting led officers to an address on Garson Avenue, but police say no suspect is in custody.
While still on the scene of the Joseph shooting, officers were called to the corner of Masseth and Colvin Street around 9:50 p.m.
A man believed to be in his mid 20s was shot in that incident and was transported by a private vehicle to Strong.
