A Sodus woman is facing multiple charges following a head on crash on Route 350 in Wayne County Wednesday night.
Macedon Police arrested Julynn Criscuolo, 45. She's charged with vehicular assault, driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, reckless driving, failure to keep right and consumption of alcohol in a vehicle.
Police say Criscuolo was under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs when she crossed into the northbound lane of traffic, hitting another vehicle head-on.

The Wayne Central School District confirms that Criscuolo is a bus driver for the district. Criscuolo has been removed from all "safety sensitive functions," which is district protocol.
Criscuolo is in the Wayne County Jail on $50,000 cash bail. She's due back in Macedon Town Court Nov. 26.
