The University of Rochester Medical Center is looking for dozens of healthy volunteers to help test a new vaccine against the bird flu.

Researchers are looking for 48 people willing to spend one to two weeks in a local isolation facility to test vaccinations for the live-virus bird flu that made people sick in China in April.
The study will look at two types of nasal vaccine and boosters.

Volunteers must be between the ages of 18 and 49, healthy and may not have participated in previous bird flu vaccine trials.

To see if you qualify for a study screening, call 585-273-3990 for more information.
