A young woman from Ovid died in a two-car crash in the town of Fayette.
Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say 20-year-old Esther Freed took the brunt of the hit as the car was turning into a driveway on Route 336. She was the passenger.
Freed was pulled from the wreck by firefighters and taken to Strong where she died.
The 18-year-old driver wasn't hurt.
