A Nebraska man is facing charges in four different Ontario County towns after fleeing a police officer.
Ontario County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lonnie Sean Smith, 46, around 7:30 Friday night after he refused to stop for a marked sheriff's vehicle in the Town of Farmington.
He was charged with speeding, failure to keep right and failure to comply in Farmington.
In the Town of Canandaigua, Smith was charged with speeding, failure to comply and fleeing a police officer. In Victor, he was cited for speeding, and in East Bloomfield he was charged for passing a stop sign, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of an accident.
He was sent to jail on $2,000 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
