Sentencing Tuesday for a Rochester mother who pleaded guilty in connection with the deaths of four of her children.
A judge sentenced Bobbie Kugler, 31, to 7-15 years in prison. Kugler was facing four counts of second degree-murder, but pleaded guilty to four counts of manslaughter, three counts of assault and one count of arson.
Kugler's sentence is to run concurrent. She also received three years post release supervision.
Kugler started a fire at her Grape Street home in February that killed four of her children.
Kugler admitted she was drunk and had taken sleeping pills when she lit a picture on fire to burn some incense in her bedroom. She admitted that her actions started the fire that ultimately resulted in the death of her children; Gage Reavey, 14; Greg Kugler, 13; Kandee Kugler, 12; and Kaiden Kugler, 6. Three others were injured.
