Case Moves Forward Against Honeoye Falls Man Accused in Rape of a Child

A Honeoye Falls man was indicted by a Monroe County grand jury on first degree rape charges.

Sheriff's deputies say 50-year-old Kenneth Wicker of East Street was arrested October 18th for allegedly having sexual contact with a child. Deputies say the incident happened at his home in early October.

Wicker was also indicted on endangering the welfare of a child, unlawfully dealing with a child, and criminal sex act charges.

He is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
