Town and village employees are getting back to business in Castile, but it's far from business as usual.

Their new, temporary offices are at the local Bank of Castile, just across the street from the now burned-out former office building. The bank donated the space temporarily. That's until town and village leaders can put together concrete plans for a more permanent setting.

A lot of computer equipment has yet to be installed, but basic town and village services are up and running. The state of emergency is over.

"Tired. I'm exhausted. We're all exhausted, but... but I think we're all holding up... and everybody came together," said Keith Granger, village mayor.

"We're considered a big family, and we are very much a part of the community, and when the community needs help, we help," said Wendy Kiley, assistant manager of the Bank of Castile.

Updating the fire investigation: the body found among the rubble is believed to be Lorraine Qutermous. She owned the adjacent restaurant and also lived in a second-story apartment.
Thursday afternoon, Wyoming County Sheriff Farris Heimann released a statement saying medical examiners still have not been able to confirm the victim's identity or how the victim died.

The Sheriff's Department is now trying to re-trace the steps of Lorraine Qutermous. She is still officially considered "missing." She was last seen 8:30 Monday night. The Sheriff's Department is still trying to determine where Lorraine was when this destructive fire began.
