Man Accused of Selling Crack Cocaine in Front of Child

  • Text size: + -

A Newark man is accused of selling crack cocaine in Seneca County with a three-year-old child in the same room.

Wessum Baroudi, 35, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Sheriff's deputies say Baroudi sold crack cocaine at a business in the Town of Junius in December with a three-year-old child present.

Baroudi was arraigned in Junius Town Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.

He is scheduled to reappear in court later this month.
