New York State Police say 51 year old Chad McMinn Branchport lost control of his rig on Interstate 490 near the Clinton Avenue exit Tuesday morning causing his rig to tip over. The crashed caused 22 tons of corn to spill on the highway. No other vehicles were involved.

Troopers closed the westbound lanes while crews worked to right the truck cleanup the mess.
