Testimony resumes Tuesday in the trial of a Rochester woman who had her murder conviction overturned on appeal.
Carrie Fulmore was convicted of murder for the September 2005 shooting death of Myquesha Hazzard, 16.
Prosecutors said Fulmore had a dispute with a neighbor, and encouraged her brother to fire multiple shots into the victim's home. Nicholas Morgan is serving 25 years-to-life in prison.
An appeals court later overturned Fulmore's conviction saying prosecutors failed to prove she acted with depraved indifference. Fulmore turned down an offer to plead guilty to manslaughter in exchange for a 15 to 20-year prison sentence.
