Kodak is starting phase two of its repair and restoration work at its headquarters tower downtown.
This next phase of work will take two years and millions of dollars, focusing on the integrity and safety of the building that dates back to 1916.
They'll work on parts of the structure that have cracked and deteriorated. Last year, work on the tower dealt with the more urgent issues. Now they'll focus on the unique architectural features of the tower on the top floors.
Kodak says the peregrine falcon nesting box was moved to the Powers Building and another one was placed at the Times Square Building.
They're hoping Mariah the falcon will make one of those her new nesting home.
