Syracuse Police believe they have a serial killer in custody.
41 year old Nicholas Wiley lived in the Syracuse apartment building near where police found the bodies of two homicide victims this week.
Investigators say Wiley confessed to the killings and said he'd killed others.
Wiley is a level three sex offender.
Syracuse Deputy Police Chief Gary Miguel says, "We became aware of his criminal history and then, that he was a level three predator. So we began to question his activities and as the investigation developed, he started to show more inconsistencies."
Wiley's defense attorney would not comment after Wiley pleaded not guilty in court to the crimes.
Syracuse police are asking you to call them if you know someone who's been reported missing in the Syracuse area within the past six months.
